now we hawe meny nonactive players, tha are on caln list but they dont playing at all, i know that these gys are our froinds and id like see hem playing, but they dont, this is one of the reasons of recruting players

clanplayers must be elite of e+ players

one other mine idea is meake, a recruting team, like KO ben hawe K'2'O team that is caln under KO wings and KO members helps work with tactic and games setings these players, if that team is strong enaf and got skiled and tiched rules and tactics then they chosing calnlider and going on won head.

meny calns fool down bycose clanliders do not give members motivation, caln needs a good morale and rules !

watch carful rules if somone be longer than 2 months nonactive he lose tag and rigt to playing in caln, thats helps get this 8 number of members.

8 players are is big clan yup, but these 3 players are good suprot somtimes, and when caln hawe 8 player he can train bycose less that 4v4 its not hawe sense

mine guys know that in firs squad i pick the best player, no doub about that

on fendship cw they can play i live my position form these guy that is in this "3" its also an motivatio for spending more time on playing and improving skill, to get place in first 5 cw players.

and meybe if we got another rule that says :

- caln with more then 8 players, cant play in leagues 5v5

if clans here be stick to this rues, genx, evol, wasp, drt, ko, legion, goq, mr, neew caln must do it the same bycose they ben only one caln that is not able to play, and i think that they come here to play

im very like the mulders idea about not clanplayers server, they can play there and dont be hamered by skiled players, once i do not see that im on no clan server while again im baned on this server, why ? i wake up and need a worm um im played a while and meny players fom server live , again why ? bycose i crush their moral they lose 40-10 all the time

im mean players that is in caln but not playing at all bycose all the time hawe some others things to do, that players is usles and if he wona be in caln he must atlast play one time in weeak that is mine opinion.

thats true that genX have many nonactive i semi active players, and i dont wona kick players but u must understand that is beter way to clear team, noow all ppl look on clanplayers list and say "oh genX have so many members, but last time when i see rudz or sneman was hmm some months ago.

if member is not playing and come back d u trow of person who come to all trainging and put this member on his place ? that is a bit unfair
