Bans problems

hey arrrr i need your help. 
details: some players are banned because i dont know and the problem is of any my alot of servers and i dont know why?.
iam going to root and ftp delete the bans.txt complete then i renamed and make new in bans1.txt. delete all logs where are staying ips... and nothing paste.......
then i restart delete the stream from pb reinstall pb and all the things...
what can i do for that problem i dont know and i have no more ideas??
and when a player got banned what can he do after that.. i know for the last years he must delete the q3config and making new key or??? can u help the players and me for that shitty thing.... :cry:please?????!!!!

It can be temp folder, for ex.
Your q3 is on this directory:
/home/asphyx/q3/
and your other files like bans.txt and other could be at:
/home/asphyx/.q3a/excessiveplus/
check it, or try to make little search:
find / -name "name of ur bans txt here" -print
And the second thing, check g_banIPs command, maybe there are some IP's listed.

what can the other make for that ban..
what can they make after ban... or players can do for ban ....
i mean they must make new key or other name of what they must do?
sry for my english i mean , when remove ban they can connect or any problems?

with xp_bans "" sets to blank they should be able to connect :thumbright:
If not, theres a second problem and I dunno which

Just set xp_bans to blank, I know that Titan from RS have also ban and the only way that he can play is to remove bans.txt from that cvar.
Well thats the second MINUS for this hosting company, first 1.32b that cannot be changed/updated and now some shared main bans list for all your servers

may the ppl who wanne connect are so stupid and use unnamedplayer as nick lol...
anyways on ur cup server is pb enabled... u can ban ppl via PB too, dont forget that
ahh and a e+ ban check the players for ip, key and nick

camel its the same.... i have delete all on my pc bans.... alllllll.....all ftp root bans and delete in server.cfg the set_g_bans " bans.txt"
then i look on the servers with g_banips and then stay there its default 0"".
boah i need a wonder, dont know why statham zuszek are banned....
