Both are fine Orbital. Not much difference in this class.
Nakeds are pure beauty 
I hope you have some experience in riding bike. 750 ccm is hell a lot for a newb. Even too much I would say. Don't get crazy while driving it.
I was driving Honda CB750 for some time, its naked also, though my dream is Suzuki Bandit Some day it will come true ...
Also don't forget about proper wearing and helmet, this may really help you, I saw ppl after fall outs with proper bike's cloths and without. One advice don't save on clothes

There is only 1 work to describe this bike. "excessive" and i fucking love it

Seat is very comformant. And ergonomy of riders position too
The best way how to solve this dilemma is to sit down to both bikes and ask your distributors to tryout ride

So it was first bike for me = i start in advantage for Kawa

On eBay i found rear Handles for this bike but aren't good for security coz are made with Thin metal and especially not law Approved
we will see.. story will continue at least for another few days
