we are at this topic. i know that some servers have empty pbsv.cfg file
what means, you can use some cheats even if pb is enabled welcome to

mzi use that script from around 1 year. when he was in panda klan.
i dont know from who he got it but many ql players got it.

i use first script with mute my sound. why. because i try play offensive .
when i am in full run . i can here enemy and know his position.

about second i dont use him cause i play with tankjr not keel.
but if need it here you go.

yo zarzyn i have tried to play today with first script
(for muting my own sound) and it works nice on ERA ftag , but when i
went on beer.freezer, it doesn't work on pure. are you sure the pb will
not kick us if we use it on cw-s ?

my last cw was agains mr in tdm cup on rayden super duper hack killer pb .
i dont know from who mzi got it.

pure kicks only for modificated files *.pk3 - when we compare it with *.pk3 at server.
if
u add some new paks into you quake, and server dont have them uploaded,
then simply server will not let you to load those paks durring your
playing time at this server.

pure kick only when client have for
example pak4.pk3 wich one have other/modified files inside than original
one (from server)

yo, in case you havent got them, here are those altered sound pk3 files

In IS private we have "share your cfg" topic, where zarzyn posted it...
he claims that he got them from mzi and that most of Era freezetag
players are using them :E makes sense, since they all got more sneaky in
short time :E also those files are uploaded to server, otherwise they
wouldn't work for clients.

kroki_wszystkie_boty_wyciszone = file that makes your own sounds muted (jumping and walking)

odglos_keela = file that makes keel sound much louder

they work for clients if server aint pure.

and don't worry, if i want, i can make such stuff on my own.

hmm, im not 100% sure now but i tested it on c4war with pure off and it
didnt work, so i assumed that they have to be uploaded to work... damn

really ? then howcome on dm8, when I'm under rockiet I could hear exactly how many enemies are waiting for me above to jump with jump pad ? and I only tested it on 2 maps with +6db, this is obviously a wallhack-like cheat. period
...and this is just one example...

those 'advantages'' stinks like any other hacks in game, thats clear. my question is - can server administrators do something to set up anticheat protection to kick out 'players' using those 'advantages'?
