btw. if u was on ts channel together with one of the playing teams and used ref the game cant be valid, so because of the personal maters u did have broken the game for both teams
First off all, i asked to remove me from ref+, ignored...
second, it was during cw pTs vs TwT, clearly i had to be in TS inorder to play that CW 
all was explained in that topic and i got verbal warning + i used rcon not ref...

my bad, anyway u still did abused given privilages a lot by using rcon
if u leved the ref team then dont use the ref! u cant use it when it suits u and when not then say u are not ref, be mature and stand for your own decisions, u exacly know that ranking is in a mess, u want to make fun out of it or what?

More likely to make a point about people who have a label wich arent using them properly 
people here are blind or just cant think ahead xd + they are blocking the people who actually have good intentions with this place, however i believe that this place doesnt deserve it anymore

Deserves yellow of course, I seriously doubt you would abuse rcon on the game against THC or ZMB or Mr., where people would definetly reply to you.
Taking in mind there is 2nd incident of abusing the rcon command, where you got a werbal warning for the first.

You are talking about a game in early 2012 xd where i used rcon to solve flaming...
I only abused one time rcon, this time it was ref command for muting 2
teams during a TDM cw people even asked me to mute 2 players while i
wasnt the real ref shows how much people respect me in ref mode
anyway, i appologized and now awaiting conclusion of the REAL ranking
labels i mean staff... damn my fingers are slipping over this keyboard

what you need to know precise ? about people who have a blue / red label and dont use it properly ?
All i can say is that i applied for moderation here, clearly they rather see me troll topics as instead doing the job of one with blue labels... then SP suggested rayden and me as new rank mod to epsi, see what happend xd

Blue labels, how many do we have and how many actually do something with it ?
The only one who actually deserved it was MOW and we all can agree upon that.
Red labels, xd pls after a decission and small wind in there faces, where are they ? again, only you and skull have deserved to be ranking moderator...

jeffer is not first time abusing ref/rcon for his own needings.
ranking is thing what keeps alive e+ - personaly i dont think it will live so long in actual character.
ranking need regular ladders nad leagues (shorter ones and longer ones) like i post / suggested somewhere at forum before.
RM - they for for firist should have time for organisig leagues and ladders (cups), should have time to accept games in ranking, should know something about cheats.
ref+ - should be nice and polite all the time when wear ref+ tag. no matter on his personal problems.

Wanted to ask, what's to fix in the config if he has been caught with autoshoot? I know, I'm newb in those stuffs but as you are the one who surely is an expert, I'd like to hear it. I don't mean I'm being sarcastic or something, just curious.
As much as I know, he could download from the internet a version of quake with cheats in it. That means, he has some cvars in cfg which were caught by AC, right? Bopoh case alike.
