many times were was discussion about this.
in short, example =
acs 1 - need bilion hours to collect info and kick cheater
acs 5 - kick directly when collect some info about that how you aim/shot, and it looks like "bot"
acs 10 - kick instantly when you are suspected by acs Tongue

do not remember how many levels are Tongue can be 1-6, i just show that in 1-10 scale as example. 1 do not work Tongue 10 works too good, can even kick normal players. something between is best solution.

Just out of interest, what level doesn't detect your wallhack?

First of all, I recommend you to watch your words, otherwise you are going to get 5th and final ban.
And, if you having such bad memory, or just trying to fool around, there is answer from server admin given in the discussion topic.
