First, let me apologize for being absent for the last week and a half. I am ill at the moment and will be having good days (during which time I need to devout to my business) and bad days. I expect to be back playing and being on the Forum on a daily basis by the end of the month.

In the meantime and until further notice WaspDigit is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the Clan. During this time, I hope all of you do your best to invite new members to the Clan and have them try-out.

However, only Digit has the authority to accept new members. Digit will also be in charge of Match selections. I had anticipated challenging BF, NWC, HK, and BE in Clan Wars and POD, HK, PHC, and FOP (or other Clan) in FWs. I hope that the 1st matches can be scheduled for Sunday, 20 January. I recommend a FW (best 2 of 3) at 8:00PM EST and the CW (best 3 of 5) at 9:00PM EST.

I have instructed Digit to work closely with ShadowKDE and seek his advice on all matters.

During all CWs, WaspKitaroKDE will be Captain and he will decide who plays in each map. In his absence that responsibility falls to ShadowKDE and in his absence to Digit.

We have enough players to play a CW and a FW on the same Sunday. The idea is that the members who do not get a chance to play in the CWs will have an opportunity to play in the FWs. It is important that everyone participates and feels that their contributions matters.

Fiday night Clan Practices will become somewhat mandatory. Members will be required to attend 50% of Clan Practice Sessions.

During these sessions at least 3 maps will be played intra-clan. The scores will be saved (screenshots) and the scores used as the basis of who plays in CWs and who plays in FWs. Only TERM is exempted from this process. Even I have to earn the right to play in CWs.

The idea is to have a ranking list of the 15 (current) members and have only the top 9 play in CWs. We can field 5 to 7 members per CW. The rankings (based on Practice sessions and actual CWs/FWs) will be cumulative and may change on a weekly basis as players improve or degrade. Shadow/KitaroKDE must save the screenshots if the South American players practice on Shadow's Chile Server on Friday nights.

Por el momento y hasta nuevo aviso WaspDigit está a cargo del día a día de las operaciones del clan. Durante este tiempo, espero que todos ustedes hacerlo lo mejor posible para invitar a nuevos miembros para el clan y han de tratar con ellos.

Sin embargo, sólo Digit tiene la autoridad para aceptar nuevos miembros. Digit también será a cargo de las selecciones Match. Durante estos períodos de sesiones al menos 3 mapas se jugará dentro de la clan. Incluso me tienen que ganarse el derecho a jugar en CWs.

La idea es tener una en la lista de clasificación de los 15 miembros (actual) y sólo tienen el top 9 desempeñar en CWs. Podemos campo 5 a 7 miembros por CW. El ranking (sobre la base de períodos de sesiones y la práctica real de CWs / FWs) serán acumulativos y pueden cambiar de forma semanal, como los jugadores mejorar o degradar.
