neways...a couple of more points and im shutting up..period!...getting an education is a privilege too....millions of people out there who dont get it....getting an education at a private institution like stanford university is even more of a privilege....yet stanford wont ever be allowed to be biased racially....however it was an exaggerated metaphor
most e+ owners are not tyrannical....true...and im extremely grateful for that fact...but wouldn't a no tolerance global policy be tyrannical?
im not trying to switch the blame from the cheaters to the server owners..that would be ridiculous.....the mistake is the player's part..period...but it would be wrong on the part of server owners or admins to take an absolute decision to simply ban anyone caught cheating....i advocate a system for reviewing cheating cases...i think everyone should be given a fair chance of redeeming themselves...that said..its on the player to come up with reasons for a change in the particular decision....
about my inability to play pb on...err its a technical issue..and as far as i know theres no solution....however ill tell u more in pm...what have i to loose?...neways im doing this in pm because i dont want e+ to go think this guys trying to make an excuse saying he cant play pb on..im not...if somebody doesnt want to play with me for that reason its up to them...im not gonna try and justify myself giving a reason....
once again i must apologize for my shitty habit of side tracking on a debate...its something i cant help at the moment....working on it...

Another point that is being missed is that alongside some one being busted usually goes suspicion if these 2 are present I will form a pretty strong opinion.
No one is saying that if some guy comes long and is playing nooby with nooby scores then gets kicked for a cheat cvar, then comes back and asks if anyone knows what happened? he would be instantly banned.
There should not be some understanding maybe he some how ended up with a cheat cvar by mistake, still to me things don’t magically end up in your cfg
most come get told about enemymodels/colours etc and start to experiment, I’m sure no one would say "try cg_autoaim 1" and if they did suggest it and the person tried it well, at the very very least a large slap on the forehead and then a kick up the ass as they walked away would be needed.
Main problem is we are not dealing in real terms there is no face no physicality as such, so the usual rules of law cant apply.
Eg:
Police officer: good evening sir, could I look in the boot/trunk of your car?
Person:
sure
Police officer:
can you tell me sir why do u have 3 submachine guns and a rocket launcher in your car?
Person:
answer 1: why; is that bad ?
Police officer:
yes sir it is
Person:
ahhhh shit sorry ill get rid of em.
Police officer:
ok man np you better get them out of the car though.

how meny times we heard story about evil brother or quake copy riped from p2p ? and they still playing here
i am for make the baning and punishment rules more strict, as some of us noticed zer0 t0lerance does not work, there will be always someone who will defend chatzor cuz he feel he has good relations with him, and it make enemies and famewars on the forum
1. if PB busted u by code 'MULTIHACK' 'HACK' 'PBHACK' or similar that mean chat was loaded and u r baned by by
2. if PB detected on yors hard drive files or varibles in config u are obligated to remove it form yors q3 couse next time if that hapen u r baned by by
due to that rules if 'inconcent' guy were busted, and these rules were shown him by comunity, nobody will make eny stroied or defend his boyfrend* from punishmen cuz he is good in bed if he will be cauch again with cheats related sttuf on hdd

Write your points in bullets on a piece of paper first 
Long posts on serious matters lose their sense after a certain point.

Me and HQ
ahve same stand about that, partly we discus several times about that on MSN and forum... I am for justice and equality. Justice is blind and no matter who is a case.
- Busted with active cheat ( really caughted ) - BAN PERMANENTLY no matter who is that guy :!:
- Busted with cheat which is not active or cheat variable in cfg - WARNED and somone from comunity (ususlay clanleader) help him, explane to him how clean that shit. Make list of busted with not active cheats :!: After cleaning his Q3 if he busted again BAN PERMANENTLY
- Apeal on server admins tu unban people which are previously banned because of case 2. and on that way finaly make eauality and justice for all.
Explanation:
- Alot people dont know about computers nothing and they are only users.
- Alot people dont know about cheating in games nothing and use pirates copies (cheats can be tehre). I am from former komunist country and "free world " dont know how was there and we are economicaly pour to pay price which is sutable for West salaries. In our countries is normal use warez. Now in time situation changed alot and we have more clean situation about buying and usling legal copies of software.
- Alot kids playing online games and they use warez copies because parents dont wanna pay them for games even in West countries.
- At end it is better to release somone where is reasonoable doubt but no evidence reather then ban inocent guy.

k guys i was just expressing my opinion...and i think the rules outlined in hqs and renas posts are pretty reasonable....and in the end its the server owners privilege as to how to run his/her server...im not gonna say any more on accountability cos i dont have the standing in the community to comment on it....so as far as im concerned the decision (if it is a decision) is fair enough....
ps...hq pls if u dont wish to read through the posts then dont....but saying long posts are by default pointless is not nice....i dont think i used even one sentence completely unnecassarily...especially in a community that is spread over such a varied language spectrum i feel its essential to avoid misunderstanding when ur commenting on a serious issue....even with such detail i find im misunderstood a lot...im really sorry this happens but theres really no helping it as far as i can see...thanks for tolerating me people...
