having a possible number of the amount of different names you have seen in the server isn't accurate because you have people using diff names cos of teams and clans and stuff...

i remember when the stats were running on the servers, i went to the last page and i think there were at least 15,000 different guids that had connected to the servers. But i know quite a few people reinstall quake, change cd keys, have multiple instances of the game on their multiple amount of computers

i guess without a proper census, it would be virtually impossible to get a close enough accurate guess.

ahaha. interesting question really. id kinda agree with the ~400 active and ~800 general folks playing the mod. kinda sorta anyway.

in any case i'd say the only that really counts is that the mod has a healthy clan scenario.

if u remind, that there "sometimes" are 400 people (exclusive bots) (saw it already 3 times) at the same time on e+ servers, than ronin is totally wrong.
