prob is fixed, and fraglimit wasent changeable with ref

i did have ref pass... but we couldnt change config with ref. you have to put in 'load' as a ref command because 'conf' doesnt work
will def use that server again!

And why does it work for me when i type /ref load conf/excessive5r
