Auto downloads do not count.
Plus FireFox would have gotten the record anyways since it's the first recording/attempting of such a record.
But they were foolish not to count the ftp downloads, since right after release the http download link died but the ftp download was still going.

So, yeah, now that i've been using FF 3.0 for a while, i can say, that, in general, it's sort of a let down.

It still leaks RAM like a motherfuck, it brought major incompatibilities to various plugins, STILL has that fucking annoying Flash bug where the vids freeze and lose sound, and the stock skin sucks balls. The upgraded bookmarks and whatnot don't counterweight alla that. I expected much more.

mad, since you firsttime installed ff3 many thing changed. Now you can find maybe more plugins for ff3 than for ff2 Happy Problems with flash are solved - i dont see any

i think the memory leak has significantly decreased on my computer.

but i still use ie. ff is for guests who want to use it.
