Hi Community! I'm going to jump with parachute at this weekend but I'm scared stiff

All i can say is good luck mate! 
I wouldn't jump from an airplane even if it was on fire,they would have to throw me out! I'm such a chicken when it comes to heights. But i've got freinds that have done it and they all think it was THE ultimate adrenaline rush. If you dare to jump you will have an awesome experience!

Well, U should do it then also...to beat your fear. I'm VERY scared of the hights too...but IMO the experience and andrenaline rush is just unbeatable by my stupid fear. Not gonna let that stop me (neither should U Skinnis )

There's no need for any tips, i've jumped twice, both times where amazing.
If you're scared of heights, or scared in general don't worry, i'm assuming you're going with professionals, they know what to do and talk you through it if you need it.
You're gonna enjoy it, don't worry.
