simplify ranking rules and there will be less "violations"... A neutral referee is all that is needed to make sure pb + pure is on. Other sort of disputes happen very rarely. And only clans will be registered to the ranking, not people.. Clan leader can choose to share info with other people or post everything themselves. There will also be a hall of fame and option to challenge other clans through the website.

Well if you have better stuff to do than general duties related to your position (btw why does it take like a month for each clan war to get an R symbol there days? Its not like there is massive in flow of those) then you shouldnt be in that position should ya?

First of all, there should be a clear division of duties. One person, at the very least someone who is not known for open biases and side-taking, should handle ranking violations etc, be the 'face' of the ranking, so to speak. Maybe several people at that, coming from different breeding grounds. Others would do the technical stuff. You can't have someone completely bias-clean and a member of this community at the same time, but the combo we had now was way too obvious, and the examples of Mirc and Skinnis have shown people from around here can be impartial.
The truth is, guilty or not, judgement calls made on likes and dislikes were what brought us to the current situation, and that is the fault of one, and one person only, with the other being an idle supporter and community 'serving' as anvil and hammer.
Clear your eyes from all the shit and see the things for what they are.
Oh, and Mow, there is a difference between what happened to me, and what happened now. I wasn't crucified for making biased decisions, i was crucified for making any decisions at all. Therein lies the key to the gate.

also a funny fact is, ina left the mod-team, before this thread was created. so some extra-reputation damage is planned, obviosly

I would say with their work too (there were enough "recorded" mistakes made by them), but the type of communication is HUGE problem (degrades the work they do so its related)...thats what U get when U have 1 gang in control. This is where all problems began (for DA's at least)

Foksie is trying to be neutral but when U R pussy-whipped by a control arrogant freak then there is only so much one male (who have needs) can resist. (even had to change some rules influencing many others here cuz of his "darling" said so - proof enough, one of many)
Dunno what ppl thought in the first place would happen when they appointed someone like Ina and servants to be in charge of anything...

well being a mod is about being neutral and non-subjective. Thats why for example i am not mod. Cos i see issue from my side and deep in sub-consciousness i acknowledge it but openly keep going in my line. (btw just for record, auto ranking is not my concept, im not in charge, i just submit ideas and try to find ppl and after all steps necessary in it are taken i will not be involved)
