i gotta say that when bodz was at my place, we played quite some e5.cfg and i got to like lg + bfg combos.

nothing sweeter then launching someone in the air with bfg then LGing him down to the ground (and death) :twisted:

I gotta admit, I was very tired and grumpy when I wrote the opening post Sure I can understand it making inexperienced Quakers angry.. that's the thing about the American side of E+... where our E+ servers dominate the in-game browser, the majority of the people came to E+ as total Quake noobs. The other issue is the people that are experienced Quakers in America have this attitude about them. Too proud, too snobby, too arrogant to even consider playing an excessive mod. The truth is America has some awesome Quake players, but you will never see them on a E+ server.

Haha, that's what I love about CPMA and OSP... a well placed rocket at someones feet pops them up in the air, LG them as they fall back to the ground... that's always great fun There's this guy that goes by "lsv" that hangs on the US CPMA 1v1 servers that loves to do that, and stop the moment before your feet hit the ground so you crate, and he grins at you :oops:

Not long ago Necro and I played the aim training map q3amphi with a LG/PG/RL-only config I put together. What a fun night... we played that until the server crashed (timelimit 0, fraglimit , he demoed... maybe if I asked nicely he might make a movie from it
