No, no, no.. Lech is one of the most famous lager in Poland but it taste like many others, and its owned by Calsberg as I remember. If you want to try good polish beers, something special, look for one of these:

PINTA brewery:

ALEBROWAR brewery:

Old traditional brewery CIECHAN:

Small brewery, many different formulas and best ingridients. And please dont drink Żywiec, Tyskie, Lech, Warka, Okocim etc. when you visit Poland Tongue

Even though I didn't drink most of the beers Koszmit mentioned I can agree about Ciechan. The best kind of beer you can buy in the small grocery store. Another great one would be;

Łomża Niepasteryzowane [unpasteurized]

and Łomża Niefiltrowane [unfiltered]

I know why Khaz mentioned Łomża ;] Its from his region and hes right. Łomża is one of the brewery with taste. I drink it often because its quite cheap and very good, however I always drink it in small boottles 0.33l, somehow it taste different ;]
