I genuinely don't mean to be arrogant or ungrateful for Edawn and all the hard work that has been put into creating it. I can't begin to imagine how difficult it is to develop & continue to develop a quake 3 mod.

Yes E+ was dead in development for years and it's funny how it 1.04 beta came from nowhere as soon as Edawn was mentioned. Believe me I know how Edawners feel because i've been waiting for 1.04 for almost as long. All I'm saying is that Edawn servers are empty (Fact not Fiction).

Admittedly my FoksiE-Dawn comment was a childish cheap shot (apologies if you are reading this Foksie).

I lost my respect for him and Leukothea during the CTF Madness Cup because of mid cup rule changes and bias decisions. On top of that, when he was global moderator in Excessive Plus, I was trying to start a community driven public project for an improved version of plus.cfg called "proplus.cfg" with the cfg author as "excessiveplus community" Several MSN messages/PM's to Foksie were ignored, and subsequently he released his own "edawn.cfg".

This place has been a lot less hostile since certain people moved away from here, and although it's not perfect, the moderators and E+ team are doing a damn good job. If only Edawners could let by gones be by gones and join forces with E+, this could be an even better, stronger, more popular more respected Quake 3 Modification. But I guess it will never happen.

the best way is creating server for a edawn mod but if you choose between 1.03 and 1.04 i thinking better will for e+ community run the last one ..
