mvd stands for MultiViewDemo
If u make that demo, u have demo of all players of the game (roughly said)

multi view demo. allows a player to record all points of view in a game (so when u watch the demo back u can spectate all players. demo sizes for x1 20 minute game can be quite big though.

Wow! So this is the nice feature allows easily make cute frag movies and once it working good its a one more reason for update to 2.0

we use our 2.0a server for wars/trainings etc.
public servers are 1.03 and pure+pb is always off. so tsu on there might be ok.

is there an explanation of what TSU actually is?
i know it's something where you can play 1 server with 2 different client versions
but don't understand anything about it, and frankly, i'm quite curious

We really appreciate your excellent work, all the hours your spend doing all for excessive community.
I think would be nice if you can make e5r config which has same feeling as 1.03 e5r.

Its probably mostly because of the config, if you want i can remake an exact 1.03 e5r or whatever config you want and it should feel pretty much alike.
Might be quite easy for experienced players but its a killer thing for noobs.
It is not only custom mod, they also have use a different engine. I recomend TSU mostly for public servers, with pure and pb off, but it seems you often use your server for wars too, and in that case i dont recommend it to you because you will probably force some pk3s to clients.
