Looks good to me. Good thing that you keep the default weapon 0. I have noticed many servers start you off and respawn with the Rocket Launcher. This config looks like basic .cfg, now the fun is when you start tweaking this config to make your server a bit different.
Dont forget to set g_gametype "8" for the server config.
