Since there is no additional information, like to which server does it happen, if it is a 1.04beta6 server you should have the client files installed.

earlier on the old computer i had such problem. everyone 2 connect was such message. but when i has bought new pc a problem has disappeared.

this is mine imo. why you think that problem isnt in the pc? you didnt change it. i had such error through everyone 2 connection earlier. then when i have bought the new computer this problem already isnt present. at this moment im dsidnt had this error yet.

i get this error rarely in 1.03. but in 1.04 i get this nearly all the time. in bananas cup i could not connect. there were 2 slots free when i tried to connect. but after closing q3 and reopening and connecting several times with no luck, the server became full. next game it was fine.
also, when disconnecting from servers it sometimes gives me this error before returning to the main menu. and my team mates have asked me multiple times to check if there's something wrong with the server cause they keep getting this every time they connect (even when the server is empty).
