Does E+ makes stupid?
I just did read some of my very old posts from the time when i started E+, and i must say, i used a much better english in past.
Is it because so many people don't use a good english in here, and i just adapt the common english in of E+ more and more, or is it just because i actually don't care it anymore because i have not to proove my english skills to anyone in here?
I really was surprised when I did read in my very old posts while the lunch-break.
wat ?
kidding
Well yes I think I know what you mean , when I was active in e+ and used to read the forum it was the same time I was preparing for english exams and I had a bit difficult time back then
Internet slang ftw

Father [F] (in front of his pc), son [S] (strafing around).
[S]: - Daddy, is it real Internet makes ppl stupid?
[F]: - MMMuaaaaAHAHAH, sonny, LOOOL!

Well it is actually very true. I noticed this on myself as well. But I am doing something about it. Well, no matter how strong, smart you are, being exposed to a non-standard medium always takes its toll.
other effect, my english incrased a lot since then.
but i would say the english used on this board is rather a practical english, just compare it with latin, u really think romanians really used all their specific grammer in daily latin? or take a look at some natives here, their english is very diff. from the stuff u learned back in school.
however i think a lot of people have the potential to write a lot better english then they are used to here.

the same.
I dont know english at all. Picked up it superficially.
But forgot right now about German lng as far as about nightmare dream. Nowadays I successfully passed examination for Spanish full level2 at Adelante Center a week ago.
So, thx to all ppl who are my mates here and helps me discover my english. Thats the story.
I think it's because people type allot ingame, and when you type in chat you're kinda doing it faster with less attention - using bad grammer and it kinda sticks on to you, I know I've been feeling it.
Check off each block when you hear these words during the meeting or conference call. When you get five blocks horizontally, vertically, or diagonally, stand up and shout BULLSHIT!!!
OT: my english is almost the same only thing I added is ffs, thanks Para!
