Excessive Plus v1.02b!

This is a hotfix release again!
It fixes the abusable userinfo with special characters in the nickname.
As I were at it, I also added the file changes of 1.03 so excessive5.cfg is now unlagged and the alpha skins should work properly (thanks to HQ).

Have you deleted the "conf" folder in C:\Quake III Arena\excessiveplus\ (or where your Q3 is installed) ?

in this folder, is there a file called "default.cfg" ? If not... try reinstalling Excessive Plus
