The rules are simple

• snaps between 30 and 125
• cl_maxpackets between 60 and 125
• Itemstyle: 1 (only health)

• Mvds must be recorded
• Screenshots needed
• Matches will be ranked
• We hope to have an official ref, because it's a 3-4 hours event
• Each player has the right to pick 1 map
• For the tiemap both players must agree to it, from the map pool
• Each player has the right to take 1 timeout per map, 2 if connection problems occur.
• IF someone will disconnect during the match without any reasons and will not get back in the next 5 mins, then its gonna be treated like W/O
• W/O ´is not considered as ranked match
• No fake nicks allowed
• Banned players are not allowed to participate to this cup
• Maximum Participate players 16 + subs(5-6 should do the trick) -------------------------------------------------------------------

  DRAW - here comes the fun part
  Registration will be made in order. First player registered will have number 1, second player registeredwill have number 2, until 16 slots are filled. If a player can no longer be a part of the tournament, he can announce me and the first sub will take his number.Example: Player number 2 exists, first sub becomes player number 2.
  After the registration this is how the draw will be made: We got 16 players registered:
  • Player1
  • Player2
  • .......
  • .....
  • Player 16
  And before the tournament starts i will obtain numbers like it follows. I will use 3 dices, 2 of which will have the number 6 covered(1 dice will have all 6 number, 2 with 1 to 5 numbers). This way i will have a maximum of 16 and a minimum of 1 to show after the throw. Lets say that after the first throw the sum of the 3 dices will be 4. This means that the player with that number gets to choose his enemy for the 1st round. Lets say player 4 chooses to fight player 7. This way we remain with 14 players and I toss the dices again to find the second player. Second player will choose his enemy and so on until 2 players are left,the last match. So, in this way, we have the first 8 matches. The matches will be in ordered by the tosses and pick up. Continuing on my example above we will have:
  • match 1 : player 4 vs player 7 -> winner 1
  • match 2 : player 9 vs player 15 -> winner 2
  • ..........
  • match 8 : .................... -> winner 8
  The winners will make another group, a new group:
  • Winner 1
  • Winner 2
  • .....
  • .....
  • Winner 8
And we start over the drawing, like in the first round, but with 2 dices(number 5 and 6 of the dices will be covered, to have a minimum of 1, and a maximum of 8 ). Example: Player 2 is first, chooses player 8, and so son. So we will have the next 4 matches. After these 4 matches we will have 4 winners(for the semifinals). I will use one dice, one throw(its enough) to settle the semifinal. Being 4 players, if i toss 1, the first player will choose his enemy and the other 2 will be in the second semifinal.
It's a easy system to follow, kind of hard to put it in words, but i think everyone got the idea.
To make this happen, every player registered must be on http://www.excessiveplus.net/gab , channel : #1vs1idea30 minutes before the event start, in order to settle the first 8 matches.After the first 8 matches, we will have a short break(5-10 mins) to decide the next 4 matches.

The winner will win 16 Quake Chocolates, the Fragadelicious flavour. Trust me, it's the best.
