punkbuster problem!

hi there!
I had some problems today with one player that was getting kicked by punkbuster with the message:
"removing "xxx" ???? (0 minutes) This PB Server Requires (A1353 C2-041) error loading pbag"
any ideas whats causing it?
btw this player uppdated pb and reinstalled whole q after that didn't work and problem is still here....

maybe reintall PB with pbsvc.exe?

indeee he should update his pb files...and he has to make it rigt... i dont know which pb version is the latest...pbsetup.exe is for me the bet way to update pb... edit: sometimes pb doesnt get updated correctly

looks like it's the pb installation problem then.... if anyone had the same situation please tell me how you fixed it, in case this problem stays after he reinstalls and updates pb....

if he updates pb correctly there wont be a problem..with pbsetup first he chooses the game then pushes update 
easy shit 
) otherwise i think u can send him ur pb folder and files... edit: he can update it manually as well at http://evenbalance.com/index.php?page=dl-q3a.php everything is written there... as u can see client version is A1353 so he 100% didnt update it right

btw. i was kicked from the server cuz (some PB problem... blalala)
than i go to update PB with pbsetup.exe, but not helped...
when i delete and install (reinstall) the PB with pbsvc.exe than worked

depends on the pb problem dibe... communication errors,pnkbstr a b problems are mostly solved with pbsvc then with pbsetup...
