[resolved] xpQname wont Start,Help!

Everytime i try to start xpQname i get a error "File not Found: C:\Program Files(x86)\ioquake3\excessiveplus\tools\...\ipdb.bd" i dont have a clue what that is and i have the latest java too. ive checked an earlier xpQname and the same problem there. please help.ive uploaded a pic.
(everything else except the Error is blurried out 
)

looks like u didn't get excessiveplus from this site from main page. .
anyway, here is file u need.

this time it is not alis fault. The ipdb filetype has changed and alis Qname works with the old filetype.

just replaced whole tools folder with the old one and works fine
