not bad but the proportions of the man seem a bit weird and the posture looks a bit awkward too.. xD

Come on give him a break he already stated on a previous post that he has no drawing studies or anything, nways looking good for someone who just started, try to get your hands on a copy of corel painter X it's almost like working with traditional media once you get it setup (Oils , pastels, charcoals etc.), also i have some massive black training pm me for info you're gonna love it.

As for human proportions and drawing techniques there are some good Loomis book's all over the net like (Andrew Loomis - Figure Drawing for all its Worth - 1971).
