It must be about 2 weeks ago, now that I joined Mr server and Devouer09 was there, and TC number1 spot. Tc was nasty to me about bfg..... but anyway, Devourer was sending me /tell messages constantly. They were very nasty, and aimed to me.
I ignored them for a long time. Talk to the hand Shame on you

I have no idea but he's banned from the Excessive Plus! CTF server.

Well I heard awhile ago that he was banned for suspected cheating but I never saw any demo's proving that. Via the XL League, he’s been playing on PB servers w/o problems. I heard that he was caught a few days ago and demo's were made.

I just like to reserve judgment until I actually see them for myself.
