I thought it's pretty self-explanatory. HTML code is disabled on the forum. I see no reason to keep it that way, as i, the user, would like to benefit from it being on.

Not like spambots have magically averted their gaze away from this domain only because html was turned off. Tongue

Sides, there are active mods nowadays, so it ain't much of a problem, and html is actually useful. Look what happened to my poor faq in client setup. Confused

Well, it is a huge different between spams with bold links behind words or really illustrated bot-posts.

Mods are not online anyway 24/7. I just think about the spambot 2 or 3 years back posted links for porn and violent stuff.

Anyway, NOT MY JOB, so, lets w8 for admins response.

I know it's not your job, i'm making an argument for future reference.

The same effects achieved by bots via html can be largely reproduced with the use of bbcode. It's just some fancy stuff that's useful in arranging posts that is missing with html being off.
