No one uses the word "Unidos"(united) in latin america, only when we talk about guerillas or politics. But in your case that you are talking about "LOVE" Juntos (togheter) is the best word to use.

Since you are half world away from here you have to specifiy " in any place of the world" "en cualquier lugar del mundo"

So i go for this one better m8.
