Our recruits should:

-be active,
-be polite ,
-good english skillz ( for explaining and discissions on server or forum ),
-good knowledge over Rules in Ranking and Events ,
-good knowledge over referee commands on servers,
-high perseverance ( its exactly what we need Happy )
