I am always happy to support the underdog, and B1chito's story is basically something out of Rocky or The Karate Kid

(the way he appealed for a place to Quakecon in esr, the positive community response and the fact that id soft gave him an official spot).

However one of my Portuguese friends and clanmates duels on east-coast servers sometimes and also keeps up with SA's duelling scene and apparently B1chito lost to Walter Outlaw (no shame in that, he's a good player, especially on aero and dm13), chaoticz on a neuteral server (but LANs are different) and even tyryll (who is basically not even a dueller, and more like a troll entity), and has the same acc stats as me (im only like 27% c:) And the fact that he has av3k and DahanG in his group means chaoticz is his only takedown chance.

^ However none of that matters as the guy stated he came all the way from .Arg cos he just wants to participate as "a once in a lifetime" experience, and the fact that 4 playoff places will be voted on and both the South American community and esreality (who love the "underdog success" story - just look how big Tony became after his Ultimate Gaming Championship FFA success), on facebook all means we might as well see B1chito in the knockout stages.
