THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR GOOD WISHES. After almost 2 months i finally sealed the deal. I just bought a new apartament and I'm hopping I'll be moving during next month.
Why did i requested your wishes? Because it's very hard to buy an apartment in my country due to the HUGE bureaucracy and the banks conditions.
Finally i managed to buy the one apartment i wanted from the 40 apartments I viewed.
It's fucking hard to get a good apartment in this shitty country. Expensive as shit and old apartments, not to mention the fact that our average salary is somewhere about 300-400 euros and you get to pay 50-70k euro for a 2 or 3 room apartment during 20-30 years mortgage.
Anyway....this is a new beginning for me. Who ever comes in Romania, in my city(Brasov) is welcomed to stay.
Not to mention that Brasov is the best city in the world:))))
