Let's put it simple like:

Vash? offends random ppl - Vash? posts a direct link to a cheat (working or not working, dosen't really matter to me, IT'S STILL A CHEAT).

In effect, Mowly makes the decision, just to be safe, to ban Vash? and all AJC members from 2!Sweet servers, leaving the option that if Vash? is thrown out from the clan, or if other AJC members say that they DON'T stand behind Vash?'s words and actions, they will be unbanned.
