not sure how this works but id say thats terribly unfair...if ur gonna insist on that then mite as well make it just euro cup...cos im in the US near the easter seaboard, have one of the best internet connections around and i get 140 - 160 ping on euro servers...and how does it matter anyway...i mean if u have higher ping u pay for it...so if people with high ping dont mind playing even at the cost y would u mind? and theres also people like say canadians out there..and as far as remember morocco isnt part of eu either and thats just one person i know..

110-120 was a value . U can have 130-140-150 but no loss ( so i can hit u 
) . But will be unfair for us players for me to come with 50-60 ping and they to have 150 .. But if they wanna join they are welcome 
and ill change the rule too
