The rules are simple

* xp_suddendeath: 1

* cl_timenudge: 0

* seta rate: 25000

* snaps between 30 and 125

* cl_maxpackets between 60 and 125

* Itemstyle: 1 (only health)

- Mvds must be recorded

- Screenshots needed

- This League need to be played under official Ranking Rule

- When Official REFEREE is not available, then they can find someone to take MVDs

- Each player has the right to pick 1 map

- For the tiemap both players must agree to it

- You cant choose the same map twice

- Each player has the right to take 2 timeout per map

- IF someone will disconnect during the match without any reasons and didnt comeback in the next 5 mins, then its gonna be treated like W/O

- W/O ´is not considered as ranked match

- Players have to play with their original and true nicknames

- Banned players are not allowed to participate to this cup

- Everyone playing with everyone

- Maximum Participate players are 30 + 2 Subs

* Match won 2 - 0 = 3 points

* Match won 2 -1 = 2 points

* Match won by WO = 3 points

* Match lost 0 - 2 = 0 points

* Match lost 1 - 2 = 1 points

* Match lost by WO = -2 points
