take a look at road, he wasnt banned either and meanwhile he is playing clean 'again'.

even before i posted i knew and already talked to other people in e+ being high in cheating detecting and one thing we all knew before was that narc wont be banned ever by the community.

however, if he wont get banned i dont see a future for competitive gaming here, because someone being an old player doesnt make him less cheat proof.
neither i am cheat proof, as asuran said: "so even skull can cheat" i said "its possible".
the difference between a cheater and a good player is that the cheater compares, while the good player can explain why he did what he did.

Not true. Someone who accuses someone of being a cheater accuses the cheater by comparing the cheater to another cheater, or comparing the occasion between cheating and non-cheating occasions (such as torz's catching of Kyto 2 years ago per se). And also an educated cheater in the matter would somehow manage to defend his case. Look at Accu... no1 even knows or cares if he cheated or not anymore, but he was generally friendly and co-operational. As for this particular case, i'm pretty sure no-one cares, the lolfactor is over 8 and a half on a 10 point scale.
