I do not believe either, that humanity had to change "in its biology", but only, that today he should lose the frequent and systematic blocking of the thinking-process, which has been inherited as a tradition from usual mammals, that his ancients had over a 100,000 years ago.
the coexistence of mammals usually rules itself with friendly devotion as well as with aggressive dismissal, threats and actual attacks. this originally harmless dispute in between loveful support and harmful threat amplifies with the increasing of inttelligence and for us humans the accelerating development of technology is added, that on the one hand, for example, serves us for better and more productive machines and on the other hand an immense amplification of cruel weapons. This always bigger dispute in between constructive and destructive activities today meets its biological limits.
This means, that the probability of destroying our own basis of life through the triggering of a chainreaction in the biosphere, approaches a 100 per cent faster and faster. Simultaneously - in some way symmetric - our constructive skills, and so to say the probability approaches a 100 per cent (100:100 = 50:50 = 1:1), that we realize all these situations and our chances for a life that is so rich and satisfying like humanity always wanted it to be.
Such symmetric fractions are frequently occuring in self-organizing systems and are noticed very well. Once the junction is reached, very tiny forces are necessary to put humanity on the constructive way.
indeed the peaceful and economically flourishing new way of life had never existed as a whole model, but in parts was about everywhere... the radical omitting of destruction will actually be the new one.
