Ok, so let me put everything into the right order:

It starts everything with fala posting 3m'fala -> fala, he also added:

on one side he meant that he doesn't play with the nick fala when he plays for 3m, since quite some time he uses animal, on the other hand noone talks about money on a forum.

Next thing that happened was the discussion about it in new clan member comments, which has been removed, however some r2 members were involved and benedikt approved that it wasn't meant that animal leaves 3m.

Clan leader is always most active person of a clan, if he doesn't have time he picks a substitute who leads the clan while he is away, so the situation you point out will never occur.

fala isn't in 3m list, animal is. However, all 3m members, including animal and 3m leader Darky approved that he is in 3m and never left it. According to what you said he should be allowed to play.

We didn't recruit animal during the League, it wasn't posted, if you want to interpret anything, say we undone his move, which never happened as you can see in our clandb. Besides that, the rule is made for preventing clanhopping, by using it on a player who quits a clan and rejoining the same clan in a short time without being in any other clan, its missing its purpose. Or with other words, it needs to be reformulated.

new clan member thread is a thread for the community, by the community, it isn't linked to rank or to events, nor to forum moderation, it has been created only for the purpose of people posting their status. If you guys want to have something official, new members during a league should be posted in league thread.

You can not be objective about a case where info is leaking, you just have indicators, but no facts. In case you can not be objective and you can't apply rules because of that you need to judge under purpose of the game. This means that a game is played for the thing that makes most fun, in a cup this means competition, competition means both clans bring their best - it is shown in past that if a clan lacks important members, people didn't count the winner as the better clan.

Anyways, 4 main arguments why animal should have been allowed to play:

• Animal never was out of 3m, neutral people like bene, clanleader darky and himself approved this. Note that his clan nick is Animal, not fala.
• Event rule says Clandb has to be up to date ANYTIME, while a post in new clan members has to be done by leader and is approval of the time somebody joined a clan. Animal was part of our clandb all along and 3m leaders didn't post anything either.
• The rule to prevent clanhopping is bad formulated, it should be like this: "If a Clan recruits a player from another clan who participates in the league during the League, the player is not allowed to play the next match." Imagine if someone has a misunderstanding with his clanleader and posts that he is out, but it all gets fixed in 1 day, if its counted as recruit the old rule would force him to wait a game for a simple misunderstanding.
• In case of bad ruling, sportsmanship decides upon what to do (as cypher let rapha restart the last map of the final @ dreamhack eventhough he lead 1-0), as clan who want to give r2 a proper challenge to find out who is the best, who is the better clan we would have to play with Animal. As soon as rules are used against the purpose of finding out who is the best, a cup becomes a farce since not the best wins, but the most active. As seen in other leagues like esl or cb were wo happeneds to every clan due to time issues.

This brings us to 2 possible ways of handling the situation.
-Either the wo is valid since Animal is not allowed to play, which also means that zarzyn has to pause now since he was 3m for a moment till he rejoined r2.
-Game is going to be replayed due to false decision of refteam. Fixing of rules and sportmanship will be there again.

Last way will also mean that r2 doesn't know sportsmanship because they aren't interested in finding out who is the better clan, they just care about points on the papers. As for me, I have zero problems granting them wo, they can have the points on the paper, I don't care as I already shown in past, and I bet rest of 3m will say the same. Only thing thats left to discuss then is if fala shall receive a warning for the false post. However since National teams and normal teams, even beer team announced their post there shows it isn't really a thread only for clans, as I suggested every Event should have the leaders post in the Event thread.

Maybe because we don't like when someone trying a cheap tricks to get an advantage, even u noticing this is one big farce, if we would allow it, we would allow for a corruption so u should understand quite good why we decide to defend our rights with such a decisiveness

Just to enlighten you alienm, fala made a joke about u, because the question you made wasn't offending at all, so there is no need for saying "nothing personal"
