why not join one of the many clans looking for players before you create a new clan, you may not like it here

I hate to be pesimistic but I have a feeling that this clan won't last long. Why not join the ones thats are recruiting? Many good clans search for players and can provide good training.

normally it works the other way.
First joining a clan and steal knowledge (j/k @ lemon), than create a own clan
