no, those ppl will leave for sure when they see they don't play at all thats if they are active ..

alright we cant have such rule because anyclan will not follow the rule.
if they have 50 friends and want make a clan, and if we dont let them do it...they will go nother mod or just not register here : ) and make it : )

but i dont know....this is 50%-50%...as all here have their own opinions.

Hello, reading all discussion I reached couple conclusions:

- limitation for clans is very in place idea, good idea maybe max 12 to 15
- we are not talking about teams ;] or Nat.teams so.. read more
- about nationals rankings, nationals cant have members restrictions

12-15 players are fine, that means much stronger competitions against players in clan, well say many people want to be in particular clan, that means tighter selections 

teams exist, every real clan can have a copy team with all same members and all other trials, say clan restriction 12 players, but same team have 12+any, so i think this conjunction make more use of teams, in that way trials are in place 

and one more thing national teams have to be another thing nor clan nor team, just nationals space, without members restriction - BUT have rankings and no users limitations, in that way E+ can have cool Olympics fights + no members restictions, national will apear more seriously, as they must to bee its national thing you know... nations must be togheter, thats way E+ can easily grow in every country, then every country have real living national crowd
(as example: its true as i'm saying in Lithuania this tactic worked and works, if not this point off view Lithuania E+ will be died couple years ago.. cause all q3 (other mods cpm, osp,hook) already died... we live cause we created own rule, separate from e+ mess...)
