Well it all depends on your qualifications on morality. Put it that way: there is difference between being racist, and being a successfull troll with boundaries. Successful trolling simply means using shock value and sarcasm to provoke a negative (by the person being trolled) or positive (the people who dislike the person being trolled) or even a neutral ("WTF LOOK EIS TROLL LOL"). And the "boundaries" bit just means that the troll stops when it a) gets old and stops being funny cos it loses humour and shock value the topic exceeds itself (with religion and politics-based debates, as well as other "personal" topics, a successful troll can go on for weeks or even months without being locked or stopping, depending on how offensive the debate goes ). Half of e+ can be given this criteria and being the boot under this qualification, i.e. acting under stereotype or enforcing those stereotypes... i.e. polish ppl saying "Kurwa" or someone making fun of polish ppl for saying "Kurwa"... list goes on.

As for this particular case:

Dude never had any humour value, or a general tactic (I mean BORG team arent exactly KO or EN in terms of PROFESSIONALISM... its not exactly a serious entity just a few ppl in a team and with a couple of servers, no offense borgs) and unity members only had the courtesy to tell dude to shut the fuck up. (and nazi thing is not funny, i once made a mistake of making some gags while drunk while being in 2!s lol... still not proud of that but hey, at least i didnt make shoutbox continuous or youtube vids bout it )... to be honest there are only 2 things to go forth from:

1) He will realise no-one cares and will lose interest and go back to watching gay incest amputee porn

or

2) u have dude's e-mail, can check IPs on forum with moderator's help (just a check... his flag DID say uk), his name and even his city of residence. The Ball is in your court. Still only 3/10 for troll btw
