tyrant first of all calm down.
what i wanted is a good strong clan, i think thats clear.
but! the clan was opened way longer than forums exist, thats the first point.
point 2 is, that the members i had, had exactly 2 or maybe 3 active members:
me, keff and MAYBE mete.
psykos fell for the WOW drug,
kodoku doesnt show up,
MNC fucked us, (he made me do this final decision, but thats unimportant).
we didnt find a clan that wanted a FW for ages, nobody had time, so my members started to give me shit like "lime is dead".
i warned that members about 10 times to stop telling shit and behave right (for example, that member shot teammates during games, and wars)
i told that member really often, what was his responce? "i dont care, lime is dead"
you know how i felt then? i think you cannot imagine.
then i realized that nobody of them was willing to do ANYTHING by themselves, i told everybody of them, that they should look for new members and wars we could fight.
they did not deal out one single war, and they did not find 1 single player (once keff told me he found somebody, but 1 day later i asked him about it and he ignored that message, so i guess that person found another clan.)

ok, to sum up, lime was dead, members were lazy, inactive, aggressive and unwilling to do anything to get a better clan.
great! so whats the deal to keep it then? then i got more and more stress, i really do not have the time to lead a clan, so what did i do? i made psykos and keff Co-admins, and they did not move a single finger, not even a fingernail. they didnt do anything.

"keep going", i thought, and i did, i tried to deal more wars, tried to find more members, i got 2 ppl that wanted a tryout, they have to contact psykos/keff now.
after some days nothing changed, members talked shit, gave me shit, made me feel bad and ignored that they could also change something, and didnt react to my tries of animate them.

ok, then i organized a train again where people told me again "lime is like dead, i dont care if im in or not, its dead, bla bla bla, ..."
i asked them if that was my fault or if they did anything for the clan... no answer
i asked again "is that my fault or is it your bad that nobody organizes anything?" no responce.

i told one member to make a train, he didnt do it.. ooooh, greaaaaaaaaat, there you see how much ppl want to stay in lime, what a pleasure to work your ass off for unthankfull morons that dont move anything.

so what to do? i thought quite a long time about making this decision, and i made mine.

i am just trying to get into KO, i wont manage it, come on do you think a clan like KO needs somebody like me?

aaaah and before i forget it: people didnt listen to me, neither in wars, nore in trains, nore anywhere (no idea how you spell nore).

and if you still want to give me shit like "you run away" i just can say, keep going, i dont care anymore, the people i tried to give something, just took it without any "thanks" or ANYTHING so why not let the person i respected the most telling me im an ass then?

Yes, managing a clan is/can be a bitch, thats for sure...

From bullshit accusations u have to investigate eben though u know they're bullshit, players clan-jumping, lpayers recruiting oth@ players u dont even know... the whole tired emotional thing... knowing that when u're away from quake for a week or more, tings might fall apart... not being able to arrange trainings...

Well, for me, its kinda worth it ---> when ur clanmembers say things like "thnx for being here" or "OMG! we have a forum! cool!" or building plans for the future, making ur clan website, and receiving good luck messages from OGs of this forum...

For me, it's worth it...

aaah shelly boy. you rushed into re-opening lime see what happens now? its just another stain in lime's past you should first get some players going, make sure theyare loyal to the clan, get some trainings in, make sure that, what you say, they do it, or else you are no good for a leader, have some fun wars, MORE MORE MORE trainings, and THEN go out public with a name like LIME etc if you think its hard now well you only had 5 players maximum to deal with, try thinking how was it when me and/or tyrant was leading and we had to deal with 15 players not 5 anyways its ok, at least you tried, and its well appreciated, you did a good job, you know i'm on your side mate, so i hope you get into KO if that is what you really want

it just happened what i expected.

as leader u need:

1. good will
2. sense for the members
3. persistence
4. distance (thats what i have missing)

There are much more points, but thats are the most important for me.
