is teh symbol for "com" connector where you have everytime put teh black cable in it.
nearly like ground Symbol

Com is the Socket for the probe to test the negative(not groung)side of a circuit. The symbol, I've not seen, but I would guess it's just representative of COM. Just be carful though, don't go turning your multimeter in to a smoker and blame me
