on the left side u see it is marked "Advanced Settings Utility for MouseWare 9.76 and above" then u choose "download"

IZ u r probably right. It is possible that your PC force Q3 to set some parameters. That's why they don't work for me. My sound chipset is rather poor quality 
it's intagreted with mainboard.

When ths thread is going to be over i will tell u what i think about sens and accel. I've read almost all about it. And tested also. And different mice and so on.. So when it will come to the end I share with u what I found.

U should try this prog. U can choose there to keep speed or accel form windows or not, to set mouse to precise or speed and other similar things. It's very small but can be helpful i think. But your aim is good and "winning team shuldn't be changed" so..
