As Open Quake3 maps? in GtkRadiant?

Hello!
I'm new here. I have seen that this forum is very good and thought maybe could answer a question that I have for a while now, I've worked with GtkRadiant from a while ago but I could not open the maps already created of quake3. Maybe someone here knows and tell me how.

Assuming you wanted to open .bsp files:
To open PK3 archives use WinRaR
To open compiled .bsp file to GtkRadiant you need to decompile it first
Use Q3map2toolz, in the 'Build options' there is pre-added option to: -convert -format map

only .map files are editable, but even if you decompile .bsp like that its source file will not be the same as original, textures would be mess out and all brushes would be structural, so you would need to fix all textures resize and set detail brushes.
