heya, I have a suggestion to implent one rule, I ve seen in also in other cap ( was managed by terror if Im not wrong). The rule is about ping and losses. I understand that not all have good connection but its not fair to play against enemy which has big percent of losses, Im talking about 15 and more which are standing same whole game. Enemy just runs with his "connection interruped" and it looks sux, hard to aim and concentrate.

that was the time out forced on overkill match TnT vs F2B, twister had +~50 percent loss i think
