well, we all have our dark sides ^^ ying-yang, call it whatever you like, but most of us tries to control it.
the problem of this forum are the rules, which arent often implemented: vulgar vocab, insults. therefore admins/mods should be from different countries to know when someone e.g. from poland posts sth rly rude in polish, to be able to know immediately about it and punish him. for example: let him only have a passive use of the forum, so he cant post anything for a month or more.

we need more active ppl who can control the forum, who are respected, who are able to apologise, when they make a mistake, who learn from mistakes too. everyone can make a mistake, but unfortunately, some cant admit it. an admin should be an example for the forum users.

in all forums there are some immature dudes, i guess some ppl grow up much slower : > or have some mental problems, are asocial and totaly annoying. but it doesnt mean that all we in here are bad, or that majority is, but only some dudes who need to be controlled as much as it is possible. but again i come to the conclusion: we definately need more trusted ppl with admins rights... trusted by the community, and who are willing to spend some time everyday on cleaning the forum, banning people, adding/removing forums.
