ok just for the record, i was in server when this happened, as was an ample amount of evil members (without rcon) and non evil regulers, all of whom hear him saying shit about evil, how its n00b, and how they cant run a server, we callvote kick, he comes back and carries on. than i warn him he will be banned if he carries on, so he stops with the evil insults and insults me. i speak with admin who agrees it should not be tollerated, hey presto, ban.

i was on the server when all of this was happening, it seems jon and krazey were having an argument over something and a lot of names were being called to each other, i missed the original part where jon is said to have insulted Evil, but after this there were several votes for jon to be kicked from the server, i was in spectate all of this time so i didn't take part in any votes, however after returning from the kitchen after getting a beer, i noticed jon was no longer on the server, i didn't realise he had been banned until another RKT played came to the server and asked why jon was banned, i explained to him that as evil are only borrowing the server from a friend of the clan, none of the members of evil had /rcon for the server except ^666 who was not present at the time all this happened, so how jon was banned is a mystery to me, and it certainly wasn't done by any evil member on the server at the time.

Jon, i will speak to admin and see if they will un ban you, what is your ip ?

depends, as soon as u got a name in e5r all is fine, or the admin knows plus players too
