Beer Freezer freezes
why every few min the server hangs ? and can it be prevented/looked after how it can cause these lags
and i might know why it does so =>
if new beer lags for you then theres other place, same cfg/rotation http://www.excessiveplus.net/spider/aim-freeze-n-public
I don't wanna make suspections, but the the first time camel posted this, the server started to lag when it was empty, it stoped lagging (watched via HLSW). After the server became "full" again, it started again and it didn't stop until the server was empty again when it suddenly stoped.
I have somewhere still a screenshot of the HLSW Lagometer from last time.
1 more strange thing, the server lags just when camel made his shoutbox post about it.
Mona really should talk with hypernite if he can check logs what happened on server while it has this lags, since the whole rootserver seems to be unreachable while this lags.
€dit: And if a hoster does not know why the server lags, the cause is often a manipulation or why the hoster should have no idea why something lags?
it was already reported to a hoster, he dont know why it happens, he says
new server is on same network has more ram and better cpu.
so if its lags i re-launched second freeze plusN server, no lags and for me better ping same rotation except 1 map that everyones skip on the current beer freezer.
but peoples go on beer cuz of the server name thats what i spotted
//edit:
are you suspecting me doing those lags? cmon its ridiculous
ok let the admin check the logs, i dont have anything to hide, cuz i did not do anything, i helped mona to copy all files myself to a new machine, its a pure copy and the lags are caused by the machine itself or some routing problems.
besides, i dont even know how to make 100mbit connection to lags

Well, i dont want to suspect, it just would cover your behavior...
Oh, and the lags are pretty much the same as on the old machine, also strange... while i claim it is not a orginally connection lag, since u can't even reach the complete machine for a milisecond while this happens.

internal network failure pal.

yes, for this you would need access to local firewall (called in linux) iptables
but I dont have access to it, because its limited only to root (admin) user that I dont have
so to make that 'artificial lag' as i called in my video example script, you need access to it and simple special script.
Admins can check logs if someone used internal firewall to do such things.
here you go:
iptables v1.3.5: can't initialize iptables table `filter': Permission denied (you must be root)
yes it is, and it doesnt explain that because of it i would want to destroy most populated freeze server on e+ to get those players on server that belongs to me that its empty now all the time.
also the kind of lag differs jeff.

yes, it is clearly visible if its tiny bug or total cutoff as on video, look on the lagometer, whole green bar is shown when it happens.
