Best game ive played this year is... :O
yeh i loved the banjo games. (i didn't complete tooie tho, even tho i thought it was better than the first cos i borrowed it from my friend and couldnt get it back... got quite far in it aswell and running it in emulators isnt the same)
altho my fave 'platformer' was Conker's Bad Fur Day (yes, more than mario64). i still have it on my n64... with adult humour and so many inside jokes and film references... pure awesomeness. nothing will live up to throwing toilet paper into the mouth of a giant opera singing poo.
n64 is still my fave console of all time... with games like mariokart64, perfect dark, wcw vs nwo, ocarina of time being (in my view) better than some of the other stuff churrned out nowadays.
why not use an ogg? just open the serius sam paks with winrar
cause I wanted to record it with special effects such as the crowd applauding for the first version and then without any other sound on the second. It took me a while to finish it.Secondly I did not know about the ogg x) . Whatever, you understand which song I say ? Isn't it perfect ?
^^
Also,in the second encounter in the final stage " grand cathedral " the music was also epic
Oh! and it is written *serious* xD
ok sozz for going offtopic

That game was awesome! One of the best N64 (and dare I say singleplayer in general) games ever. Me and a bunch of friends played it through just a couple of years ago on newyears eve and I'll never forget how much fun we had then. And no it wasn't sad in any way, it was really social
Of games released this year I think Mario Kart Wii might be the most fun I've had, but I already know that Super Smash Bros. Brawl will destroy everything when it's released next month :] Pre-booked that shit as soon as I could.
Won't hurt having a new TV either, ordered one yesterday. Bye bye shitty 32" CRT that has to be hit on the side every now and then to function, hello 42" LCD @ Full HD & Ambilight <3
$2600 pretty much had my wallet catch fire but it was time to move on.

o.O nice..., but O.o
Castle is the magician  , took me less than 15 min to solve the whole game
Q3 is ofc the best game.
TIM2 (The Increadible Machine) rocks too, Prince of Persia all versions, although I never finished the second . Legacy of Kain are great games with puzzles. Civilization 4 rocks. Freelancer is nice, Max Payne 2 most real looking game I have ever seen (anyone knows a better one than this??).
PS: f..ucking bee, just use 2 hands to fly...
hehe equi, i played all newer prince of persia versions, they are worth playing. (i also played the rly old ones, cant remember them though)
legacy of kain - Defiance hat to many bad camera angle's for jumping around, nice story though.
Max Payne 2 - i rly liked that game, fucking good story, great atmosphere, a lot of gaming fun.
just one problem:
i came home tired from a lan, building up my pc and start playing max payne 2 @ around 15:00, i finished around 21:30.
its fucking tooooooooooooooooo short!
max payne is awesome. can't wait for the film.
@ prince of persia... ALL VERSIONS?!?!!?!?!?
don't tell me you played the original prince of persia 3D cos that was frustrating.
the original 2d games were cool (i only completed the original one to save those sexy concubines )
mobile phone one havent played... (sands of time one)
sands of time and warrior within completed (i liked WW better than SoT) and I havent played 2thrones/rivalswords cos i heard they suck ass. which is a shame... i hope the film is good tho (will go watch it for gemma arterton anyway)
i dont know of any others...
i just realised i've played too many games in my time... can't believe nobody has bought up the old lucasarts point and click adventures like day of the tentacle, sam and max, beneath a steel sky and the monkey islands
starcaft 2 and diablo 3
dunno ppl how u can get so much free time for these games

Speaking of which, I found my Lucas Art Archives box set some time ago. Brought back many good memories; Full Throttle = Some of their games went over board with the puzzles though, the turtle in The Dig anyone? I gave up after that since I refused to use those handy walkthroughs.
Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis stands as the best game ever made IMHO.
i remember i really loved 1st Splinter Cell..less shooting more thinking but ofcourse if u want to u could shoot everything what moves
Heroes Of Might and Magic 2. Only 2nd.
and ofcourse best multiplayer game i have ever seen Quake 2
