Best Mice for FPP Player??
Razer Abyssus Mice + Razer Sphex Mat
if the Razer Dethadder Respawn is 1800dpi optical, then yes i vote for razer deathadder.
respawn was with 3500 dpi if im not mistaken
I hate a4tech xl-740K and its nice mouse, specially for boys (have and for big hand)!
roccat kone
which is good optical or laser
optical>laser
im a high sensitivity player, around 2.5- 3 cm for ingame 360 degrees
... now that's highsens, doesn't look that fast at all when i spec you
(edit: i guess it's smoothed by the high dpi )
the overall performance is built in the player not in the mouse !
unless you're playing with a very high sensitivity combined with a high display resolution, over 800dpi is USELESS, even 400dpi is far enough for an allround sensitivity.
maybe you guys should take a look at this before choosing a mouse for its amount of dpi rather than its shape...

High Sens: 360 degrees in 0.1 m (4"), roughly 1000 DPI needed
Medium Sens: 360 degrees in 0.25 m (10"), roughly 400 DPI needed
Low Sens: 360 degrees in 0.50 m (20"), roughly 200 DPI needed
ps: i voted for ms ime 3.0
hmm, this tread can became another mice-holywar
Btw, my vote gone to logi g9x, my very 1st gaming mouse was g5 then g9 and now its g9x, and i'm fully satisfied with it. I tried some razer mice but i dont like how clicks feels, so i' logi fan for now. Also I'm high-sens player (3,5cm\360) and dont feel any tracking loss. 2 weeks ago i switched pad from razer pro-solutions (was using it for 4 years) to razer destructor, feels a bit different and i reduced sens.
im using mx518
im using razer salmosa now, it's a good mouse but it's too light, I lift it in air during some fast moves which causes me to lose aim when mouse is off the mousepad, I plan on buying logitech g500 or g9x in few weeks, it depends which one will feel better in my hand.
all depends from Yours preferences
the best sensors are: intellieye, adns-3688, adns-3060, adns-3080 all are LED not laser, if u are searching for more than 1800cpi u need to look at laser beam
one more post just to advise you to never ever buy any razer mouse, well maybe except the deathadder, seems like it's one of their most solid mice.
i have had 3 different razer mice: one abyssus (the left click registered single clicks as double clicks right out the box, i sent it back, got a new one for free with the warranty and experienced the same issue like 1.5 month later.)
nice mouse apart from that, was playing highsens with it and the shape/sensor (same as deathadder i think, the one with no drift control) felt great.
i have also had a diamondback (nice but same clicks issue as the abyssus+squeaky mousewheel) and a krait (wire problem with the krait, powering itself on/off all the time)
overall the krait is my favorite by far, very good mouse, thin low and light, perfect for low/high sens (it's a shame it's not more famous!)
ps: i'm very careful with my hardware, handle it with care and didn't play low sens with any of the razer mice
rather go for a logitech (mx518 or even g9) or a microsoft (wmo, imo 1.1 or ime 3.0 )
oops sorry for the long post
